Cruising

Cruising is  a relatively new event organized by the Club. Cruising vessels have found the LSC, for its easy access to Lake Freeman, as their homeport. The cruising fleet has ventured out to other lakes in the states of Indiana, Michigan, Wisconsin, Illinois, Kentucky, and Tennessee. Club organized events are scheduled on the Events page. The LSC Cruise Director and Cruise organizers will provide an itinerary in advance of the cruise. The membership will be kept informed of all cruising events via the newsletter, BOG meeting minutes, and mail. The inquisitive sailor is welcome to ask the BOG for assistance with any questions they might have.

*--- if bad weather interferes with Saturday races---rescheduled for next day at 1:00—Ice-Breaker and Frost Bite Series will occur on ‘best’ weather day on scheduled weekend with Newsletter identifying Weekend Series Chairman who will decide ‘best’ day.

**— Sail every chance you get, every chance the winds are right, scheduled or otherwise — for even invincible sailors have limitations, so do not waste time on low-priority projects (non-sailing events)!!
